Batch Renaming of files/photos in Windows XP

Though it was a pretty simple thing to do, I didn't know this until today. If you have a folder full of photos/files to be renamed in the same format, then Select All, right-click on the first file, Choose rename and then give the name you want e.g. Aphrodite trail.jpg. Press Enter. Then, automatically all the photos would be renamed in the same format e.g. Aphrodite trail(10).jpg and so on.
