View from my window photo contest
This is my entry for the "View from my window" photo contest at Fuelmyblog. This was taken from the flight minutes before landing at Heathrow. I couldn't have expected a better beginning to my vacation in London. The six days we spent in London was probably my best "photographically". You've taken the pic at the perfect spot...simply love the curve of the Thames. Brings back lots of memories of London, especially seeing the Tower Bridge so clearly.
I've never been to the UK. Your photo seemed to have made me want to take a pic of the city from the sky.
Mottai Boss: Vidhya often complains that i "childishly" ask for a window seat whenever i travel :-)
Shalini: London is an amazing destination ..lot of history and trivia based on that city and it feels even better when u witness them firsthand.
As i like it/mjaishankar: If you don't get a view from the plane, a trip on the london eye simulates it ..45 minutes of photographic ecstasy!
